DeCourcy Island Farm Sold
Like many places on the BC Coast, DeCourcy Island has a rich and fascinating history from the First Nations to a wide range of European explorers and settlers that made their mark on these lone sentinels.
DeCourcy Island was once home to the notorious cult of Brother XII, a figure that has captivated the imagination of many writers and treasure hunters since his disappearance over 80 years ago. The DeCourcy Island Farm was once home to Brother XII and still retains one of the original structures, used today as a barn and a workshop. This Farm was sold earlier this year to a well known BC businessman who intends to maintain the property in its current form.
