Quest University - CCAA Update

Quest University requested and received continued protection under CCAA proceedings until December 24th, 2020. Interim financing was also approved as part of the extension, and Quest will be asked to show the interim lender that they have made significant progress toward an agreement with a proponent by mid-October. To that end, the interim lender will be granted observer status on the Board’s Restructuring Committee.

On January 16, 2020, Quest University Canada (“Quest”) filed for creditor protection pursuant to Section 3(1) of the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. LIT (“PwC”) was appointed Monitor.
