The Port Stalashen Marina is situated just off of the Sunshine Coast Highway, about 10 minutes south of Sechelt. The Marina is part of the larger Port Stalashen community that was developed on the Sechelt Band Lands.
The marina is predominantly oriented to annual moorage, but does provide some limited transient moorage, in addition to 3 long term licenses that expire at the end of the lease term in 2028.
This facility is an excellent opportunity for an existing operator to acquire additional moorage space, for a yacht club to use as an outstation, or as a small investment asset. Although the lease expires in 2028, there is likely some potential to renegotiate a longer term.
